Donaldson Brown offers 17 beautifully appointed bedrooms ranging from large suites to smaller rooms for a total of 24 beds in the mansion. An elevator and second-floor bedroom suite in the mansion can accommodate the physically disabled. The Carriage House has 9 additional bedrooms for those with larger overnight needs. A complimentary breakfast is prepared by our accomplished staff. Overnight is for groups only, with an eleven guest minimum.

For large events with more than 50 attendees, you will select your menu from a licensed, insured, and approved caterer. For small events, Donaldson Brown will provide catering. Catering costs are additional and not included in the rental agreement. (Note: Caterers interested in being part of the Donaldson Brown preferred catering list, please contact DonaldsonBrown@umaryland.edu.)
